Spero ("we", "us") operates spero.company, speroready.com, and teamspero.com. This policy covers those websites. It does not cover the Spero Ready training platform or the systems our team members use in their day-to-day work, which have their own terms.

Contact form. When you send us a message through the form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, what you're looking for, and your message. The form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our team by email.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, and how they arrived. Google sets cookies to do this. The data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information about each request (IP address, browser, time, page) for security and to keep the site running.

To reply to you. If you fill out the form, someone from our team will read it and respond. We may follow up about Spero's services if your message suggests that's useful.

To improve the site. Analytics tells us which pages work and which don't.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside Spero and the providers named above, except where the law requires it.

Form submissions are stored by Netlify and in our email. We keep them as long as we're in conversation with you, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default settings for the property.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form on this site and mention privacy in your message. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (the EU, UK, California, and others), those rights apply and we'll honour them.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
